Flying fox




Our group was split in half. I started with the flying fox.  I was very nervous when I was putting on my safety gear.  I was nervous because the flying fox didn’t have a seat. When I was about to go my heart felt like it was racing. When Isaac’s dad waved the flag i could go. I was trembling , but I went. When i stepped off the platform , a gush of wind was coming right at me.I decided to let go off the rope. It was fun. When i got to the other side i wanted to have turns . After I had a few turns it was time to say bye bye.  

Another 100 word challenge

… and I thought “well what a start”…

“ Go cuba , Go cuba” Room 20 and 14 chanted.

It was just another ordinary friday (NOT) . Every 2 classes was wearing a country's colour. We were cuba. We had to wear Blue, white and red.  One by one the classes were presenting their looks.

The class was split in two groups. Mr pressnell was guiding the classes to their spots. Here came the challenges . I was shivering and trembling. I felt nervous

“Room 20 and 14 group A starting with yoga, Group B is starting with hockey.  

I didn't feel good  .    … and I thought “well what a start”…

Yes ,schools should have uniforms

Hi my name is suhayra. I am here to present you a speech. Also if you guessed “Yes we should have uniform” then yes you are right.

I think we should have uniforms because, if you get up in the morning you will know what to wear. People that have uniforms are lucky. They don’t get up in the morning and run around the house screaming for clothes. Uniform makes life easier.

Washing is easy. Washing only takes about 5-10 minutes. All you have to do is put the uniform in the washing machine. Put soap in then put it on start. Not that hard right? Even my 1 month old cousin knows how to use a washing machine.

Uniform is helpful on trips mostly. If you are a teacher, and you lose a child, then it will be easy to find them .Lots of kids get lost on trips. Some schools that have uniforms finds everybody.

Uniforms are so helpful. Do any of you like to get teased or bullied? I don’t think so. So remember, Uniforms are very easy to find  , They are easy to wash and they are very useful and  helpful . Don’t forget to agree with me . If you don’t then go back and reread.

100 Word Challenge

“Swish,Swish” The wind howled as you stepped in the muddy patch.

“Bang Bang “ You hear . All sorts of noises you hear.

“Where is it coming from?”

“All directions?”  “left?” , “right?” ,  “straight?” ,  “Backwards?”
“Stomp ,  stomp”   “Run” I think “But what direction?”
The tree  Behind me was cut down , it was falling . I had to run. I tripped and “woooooooooosh”, my magnifier glass has fallen out.

A few minutes later I realized i was being surrounded by the sparks. It turned me into something i don’t know.
